This Book is...

I don't really know where this book takes place, it never really told me. But I do know it is somewhere that is very cold. It also doesn't tell me why there is not a lot of people living or alive wherever the father and son are. And why there is so much destruction and everything is everywhere not in the right place where it should be. So what i'm guessing is that there must of been a tornado or some other natural disaster that messed up this whole town and why not a lot of people are there. But other then that the book is really good and I think a lot of other readers would like this book as well because of how the author describes certain things and how he tells the book.

  1. It sounds very post apocolyptic book and very depressing. It seems to be a book with a lot of inner struggle. It sounds like a good read.

  2. There is a video game called The Last of Us that is a lot like this. And that makes me want to read this book even more. :D

  7. I never like it when the author won't tell the reader where the setting of the book is, I feel like even though they are trying to get us to use our imagination when reading, it takes away from the main focus of the book. I am explaining this because the same thing happened in my book, my main character moved to a new house and apparently a new country but, I have no idea where she moved to and it is frustrating.

  8. I think you should tell more about the book but otherwise it looks great and mysterious.
