My brother recommended Matthew Berry to me because he knew I liked sports, and that I also like reading about them too. He has read many Matthew Berry ESPN articles and knew he was a good writer that could make you laugh and make the reading not boring to read.

Fantasy Life About the Author
Matthew Berry is a very amusing and enjoyable author and the book i'm reading now by him has been good so far. This is the only book I have read by him but I want to read more books by him because he is very interesting and his writing is very funny and sarcastic and I like that when I am reading a book like this. "Matthew Berry is ESPN's Senior Fantasy Sports Analyst. Known as the "Talented Mr. Roto," he's an Emmy winner for his work on ESPN2's Fantasy Football Now. One of the most populat columnists and podcasters on ESPN.com, he appears regulary on ESPN television and radio shows, including Sunday NFL Countdown, Sportscenter, and NFL Live. He is one of only four people to be in the Hall of Fame of both Fantasy Sports Trade Association and the Fantasy Sports Writers Association."

Fantasy Life
This trimester I have started read Fantasy Life the Outrageous, Uplifting and Heartbreaking World of Fantasy Sports from the Guy Who's Lived It by: Matthew Berry. The book so far is actually pretty funny and interesting because I can really relate to some of the stuff he talks about. Every year my friend and I run a Fantasy Football League and it is always pretty fun. Fantasy Football can bring people together and can make for some pretty funny times. Matthew Berry describes one of the leagues he was in and what they do "A month before the draft, Ryan tells me, we all start growing out mustaches. And then Ryan went one step further. I take pictures of all the guys staches, and throughout the season I make vintage 1970-era football cards for each of them with their league nickname and their actual NFL team of choice." As you can see people love Fantasy Football. If you're in a intense or serious league that has money involved then you wouldn't miss the draft for anything.
It was the day of one of Matthew Berry's Fantasy Football League draft and one of his friends, Joe had something come up and was called in to work. Joe worked at Red Robin and worked as the big Red Robin that walked around and made people smile and hugged people. As Joe explains, "It wasn't easy. Turns out, a cheat sheet taped inside my beak was not ideal. Nor was making picks quietly enough so the children at nearby tables couldn't hear. It was however, a fun and memorable experience. Jeff agrees. It ended up being the most fun we've ever had at a draft."
